Wet Palette Supper Club

Project Objective

Creator, producer, and director of Wet Palette Supper Club, a multidisciplinary dining experience pairing visual artists with emerging chefs to co-create menus inspired by the artwork. Launched with “Eat Your Heart Out,” an anti–Valentine’s Day dinner that challenged romantic tropes through food, installation, and atmosphere. Led concept development, production, cross-promotional marketing, and media outreach—resulting in a sold-out debut and regional press coverage that positioned the event as a standout in Philadelphia’s art and dining scenes.

Strategic Approach

  • Reached out to key Philadelphia event and food influencers such as Wooder Ice to drive organic traffic to Eventbrite for tickets

  • Utilized social and SEO features on Eventbrite to drive ticket sales 

Outcomes and Results

  • Sold out small and intimate event at $130 tickets for 30 seats, generating a revenue of $3,900 

  • with local Philadelphia art and culture influencers in attendance such as Streets Dept. 

  • Sizzle reel for social 

  • Full video interview of chefs and artist

  • Write up in The Philly Voice 

Leadership and Collaboration 

  • Brought together both visual and food artists to sit down and discuss creative process to initiate creative juices to flow so that the chef can create a curated 5 course meal inspired by the conversation 

  • Reached out to professional photographer and videographer to capture the creative sit down for both sizzle reel and to play at the dinner. The photographer was also there to take night of images

  • Managed budget for both chefs cost of ingredients and a percentage of ticket sales were given to the artist

  • Mailchimp: Guest communication and mailing lists for future events
